SNEDIGAR SPORTS COMPLEX

This 90-acre facility located in south Chandler features one of the top rated skate parks in the country as part of the City of Chandler Parks system, Snedigar Skate Park.

This park has been designed for all skaters, regardless of skill level and is a free, non-supervised facility and amenities include concrete bowls, decks, blocks, and metal rails.

It also has two professional-sized baseball fields, four softball fields, four Little League baseball fields, 12 soccer fields, a full-sized cricket field, playground equipment; a bark park for dogs and picnic pavilions as well as a recreation center with rental space for special events/activities.

The park is open daily, hours vary seasonally.

CHANDLER BIKE PARK AT ESPEE PARK

This bike park opened in 2007 and it is the first public, bike-only park built by a municipality in Arizona. It features a jump box, double roller, mole hill, hubba ledge, and sub rail while one of its most anticipated features is a 6- foot tall wall that combines a 5-foot wall extension, thusly creating a vertical surface that is taller than a basketball hoop. If you are an experienced BMX/Freestyle bike rider, you will enjoy this park!

SHAWNEE PARK & NOZOMI DOG PARK

Here you will find unique amenities designed just for dogs, including several training obstacles that the Police Department purchased through a grant. The obstacles include a see-saw, balance beam, tunnel, hurdles, and a large A-frame. The parks are surrounded by 6-foot high chain link fences with one main entrance so dogs can’t escape unleashed.
