Glendale’s Live at Murphy Park Spring Concert Series kicks off this Thursday, on May 6th, 2021 with Mariachi Passion and ends on Sunday, May 30th with Come Back Buddy.
Plan a musical date with your friends and family and come to Murphy Park’s Amphitheater to check out the local music scene under the stars. Each night, from Thursday through Sunday, a different band will take the stage.
Come early to experience a special art display and light show in the park featuring 40 uniquely painted and decorated wooden guitars – each guitar was designed by a business located in the greater downtown area.
Glendale’s great outdoor amphitheater, amazing restaurants and historic architecture provide a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the great music with amazing people!
About Mariachi Pasion:
Mariachi Pasion, all female mariachi band was formed in April 2002. The group embodies its rich culture, heritage and customs and it has grown into a fifteen member group with the majority of musicians having worked their way through their education playing mariachi music!
Musicians in the group are educators, insurance agents, financial managers, health care professionals, marketing professionals, entrepreneurs, IT professionals, accountants and engineers. There are also several musicians currently working their way through Arizona State University.
