For 17 years, hundreds of residents from Chandler, Gilbert, Guadalupe, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale <\/em><\/strong>and<\/em> Tempe<\/em><\/strong> gathered at Tempe Town Lake<\/a><\/strong> to celebrate the annual Regional Unity Walk<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, Jan. 28<\/strong>, the tradition returns after a brief COVID-related hiatus. Enjoy a short, one mile walk that begins and ends at Tempe Beach Park with residents of neighboring communities. It’s free!<\/strong><\/p>\n

A festival starts at 4:30 p.m.<\/strong> with music, food and fun<\/em>. The walk starts at 6 p.m.<\/strong> Get a free t-shirt and walk for unity, mutual respect and understanding.<\/p>\n
