Supporting act is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thesandrabassett.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sandra Bassett<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Temptations&#8217; heritage, influence, and contributions to not only American culture and African American communities but also to the global music landscape are monumental.<\/strong> The influence they had on mainstream and global artists, such as <strong>The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan<\/strong>, and others, is undeniable.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/eepLY8J4E6c\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Ranked <strong>#1<\/strong> in Billboard\u202fmagazin&#8217;s most recent list of the &#8220;Greatest R&amp;B\/Hip-Hop Artists of All Time,&#8221; The Temptations also appear in the magazine&#8217;s 125th\u202fAnniversary list of the <strong>&#8220;125 Greatest of All Time Artists.&#8221;<\/strong> In addition,\u202fRolling Stone\u202fmagazine named the group among the<strong> &#8220;100 Greatest Artists of All Time.&#8221;<\/strong> In September of 2020, editors of\u202fRolling Stone\u202fmagazine commented that The Temptations are<strong> &#8220;Indisputably the greatest black vocal group of the Modern Era&#8221;<\/strong> and listed the group\u2019s\u202fAnthology\u202falbum among the <strong>&#8220;500 Greatest Albums of All Time.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Temptations have been awarded<strong> five Grammys\u00ae<\/strong>\u2014including the Recording Academy\u2019s Lifetime Achievement Award\u2014 and they have an additional <strong>nine Grammy\u00ae nominations<\/strong>.
