Un[WINE]d Wednesdays<\/a><\/strong> at are all about gentle movement and delicious wine tastings.<\/p>\n There are two classes every Wednesday:<\/strong><\/p>\n All LDV wines are uniquely vegan, gluten free, <\/strong>and sustainably sourced<\/strong>.<\/p>\n All The Unraveled Road classes are designed to decompress, detoxify, and deeply restore the body.<\/p>\n Yin Yoga:<\/strong><\/p>\n In Yin Yoga, postures are held for 2-5 minutes and the postures are primarily seated or lying down. The movements are specifically designed to compress and release the deep connective tissues, or fascia, that surround our muscles, bones, organs, etc. to strengthen and lengthen those tissues.<\/p>\n When we have tight fascia, our muscles have no where to grow because they are limited by how long and strong the fascia is.<\/p>\n Gentle Hatha Flow:<\/strong><\/p>\n Hatha yoga is gentle and foundational – focusing on breath, posture, and meditation. This class guides you through a journey of pranayama (breathing) techniques that detoxify the respiratory system, raise energy, and balance the right and left hemispheres off the brain; gentle, foundational postures; and rejuvenating meditation.<\/p>\n Both classes flow through all 7 major energy centers, or chakras, in the body – compressing and releasing the areas of the major chakras helps to detoxify and balance the energies in the body.<\/p>\n Every flow at LDV includes a wine tasting after class. Gluten free, vegan, sustainable wines are the specialty!<\/strong><\/p>\n The classes are open to all 21+<\/strong> and mats and blocks are provided for the first 10 student<\/strong>s that need them, first come first serve<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Optional tip for your instructor is welcomed.
