The Memorial Day Ceremony 2021 is happening from 9-10:30 AM on Monday, May 31st at the Gilbert Civic Center<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n The event will include a flag and wreath ceremony<\/strong>, the battlefield cross<\/strong>, the POW\/MIA table<\/strong>, performance by a local area band<\/strong>, and remarks from local Gilbert dignitaries<\/strong>, including Mayor Brigette Peterson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n This event is free and open to the public<\/strong>. Please, bring your own blankets and lawn chairs for seating. The Gilbert Historical Museum will be open for free following the event from noon until 4 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Join the Ceremony to celebrate the Memorial Day properly!<\/p>\n
