Start your day right and join Alli for an hour of yoga, breathing, and meditation at Queen Creek Station Pool. This is a beginner-friendly class which will begin with a guided meditation or breathing technique (pranayama), followed by a sequence of postures that will help you improve your strength, balance, focus, and breathing. The class will end with plenty of time to rest and soak up some quiet time just for you.

Alli discovered yoga in college when she began taking classes to relieve stress and to improve focus. She soon became aware of the physical, emotional, and spiritual transformations that were taking place and became inspired to share this practice with others. She became a certified Health Coach in 2015 and in 2016 he traveled to Koh Samui, Thailand for an intensive Yoga Teacher Training.
