Watch “Rad” at Pemberton

This Friday, on April 9th at Phoenix’s Pemberton, you can watch a classic movie “Rad.” You can also join Phoenix Spokes People for a pre-screening cruise at Civic Space Park at 5:45 p.m.

Since it’s a Valley Bike Month, FilmBar decided to show this classic movie from 1986 about the fastest and most talented BMX rider Cru Jones in his small town. Cru decided to join a competition in which he needs to complete a nearly impossible racing course, Hell Track. Duke Best, who is organizing the competition does everything in his power to stop Cru from being able to enter the competition. Cru also learns that the race is on the same day he’s supposed to take the SATs and now he must decide what to do…
