It’s party in the kitchen time!
A Tapas and Paella party is such a fun way to have your guests gather in the kitchen and enjoy an amazing time together. Come for a great lesson to learn classic Tapas that pair so nicely with a nice wine of choice.
From there Paella will be our focus. Come for a fun evening to learn Gazpacho Shooters, the classic version served in little shot glasses, the perfect Tapa; Lamb Meatballs with Mint; Fingerling Potatoes Papas Bravas with Smoky Lemon Aioli; Croquettes de Jamon Serrano – a fried Potato Fritter stuffed with Spanish Ham; Paella Valenciana – classic Paella with Spanish Chorizo, Chicken and Shrimp cooked in Saffron Rice.
This fun class is happening at Sweet Basil Cooking School on Saturday, September 11th from 2:00 – 5:00 PM. Your teacher will be amazing Amy Barnes!
