Free water exercises in Phoenix

Want to change your exercise routine? If the answer is yes then you have to come join a free water exercise Ahwatukee, an aqua gym in a warm pool (97 degrees) for a complete body workout includes dozens of different sports all in one including mindfulness.

The workout is 40 minutes long. In those 40 minutes you will go trough a series of exercises designed to work out all of your muscles while having fun!

There is not better way to stay healthy, breathe some fresh air, lose weight and tone your body!

Pre-requisite: Must be at least 18, bring your own towel and water weight if you own some. Temperatures checked upon arrival and hands sanitation procedures. 6 feet distancing please.

Important: Things that are out of our control happen, but If you are unable to attend, you must cancel the day before or call immediately. Any no show will be banned in the future. This program has very limited spots, a waiting list is available.

  • Monday-Thursday: Combo sports
  • Friday: Pure Kung-Fu and Mind Training
  • Maximum of 8 guests at a time.
  • Heated pool 96 to 98 degrees (winter temp)
  • Level: Beginner to intermediate
