In honor of all the hardworking, fun-loving dads, Rusconi’s American Kitchen presents a special prix fixe menu available all Father’s Day weekend long.
Menu choices are as follows:

American Onion Soup with Vermont Cabot Creamery aged cheddar
Tomato and Burrata Salad with Basil Sorbet, marinated cucumbers, grape tomatoes, shallots and frisée - Main Courses, choice of one:
Pecan Wood Grilled Prime Flatiron Steak with roasted corn and vegetable bread pudding, Amish blue cheese, wilted spinach and piquillo tapenade
Coco and Spice Rubbed Natural Breast Of Duck with summer cherry jus, cremini mushrooms and goat cheese grits - Desserts, choice of one:
Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding with vanilla sauce, berries and salted caramel
Caramelized Peach and Strawberry Creme Brûlée
