Dishes include truffle deviled eggs; orange, herb, and honey-roasted chicken with citrus beurre blanc sauce; flourless chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and pistachios; and more. Pre-order by 8 a.m. on April 14, then pick up your meal between 3 and 6 p.m. on April 16.
